 Waggy Pooch recommends 100% supervision when your pet is using our products. Please check your pets collar regularly for signs of wear and tear. Dispose of damaged items that may be deemed unsafe for use. All products are made according to handcraft standard. But as with all pet collars on the market, they should be inspected regularly to ensure the safety for you and your dog. While your collar product(s) are durable, they are not intended for dogs who aggressively pull on the leash.

- Please note: Waggy Pooch is not responsible for any lost tags once they are attached to your pet's collar.  If the tag is damaged by your dog or other dogs it's not Waggy Pooch's responsibility to cover it. 

- If you take off your pet tag please put it in the safe place where your pet cannot reach it.

- Each tag comes with split ring. Always clip your leash to your dog's collar and not to the split ring. Attaching the leash to the split ring is potentially dangerous for your dog. If your dog pulls hard, the split ring may break open. By making a purchase the consumer accepts all responsibility. Waggy Pooch is not responsible for any and all injuries that can occur from the improper use of its products.
