Order outside EU may be subject to import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Waggy Pooch is not responsible for delays due to customs.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Waggy Pooch is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during delivery and not responsible for (fully) reimbursing missing packages. Please allow up to 30 working days (starting from the day of shipping confirmation) before contacting us regarding a potential lost package.
SHIPPING METHOD
All items are shipped from Ireland via An Post. Price depends on the total weight of the package and will be calculated in the checkout.
All shipping is untracked unless you upgrade your shipping method.
